We cover the Road Safety Authority test routes for Carlow and Naas and are proud to have a good pass rate with out students.

Lessons can be conducted in either your own car, or the school car if you wish to use our car for the test.

In order to pass your test you need to be able to display a high level of competence, awareness and attention to the safety and convenience of other road users.

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Your ability to control the car correctly
• Knowledge of the Rules of the Road
• Technical knowledge and checks
• Perform a number of manoeuvres which include:
• Turnabout
• Reverse around a corner
• Hill-starts

For our Pre-Test courses we will cover everything you will need to know, to give you the best possible chance of passing your test with us.

We don't just fix your driving, but we also perform:

• A full car check to ensure it's eligible for use in the test
• Rules of the Road Questions
• Under Bonnet & Technical Checks
• Secondary Controls

At CDA, we understand that every driver is different. During the course, your instructor will assess your driving and point out your faults. We will then develop a training plan to suit YOUR requirements. We won't just tell you "What to do", but will clearly explain the "How", "When", "Where" and "Why". This means, you will leave every lesson with a thorough understanding and confidence in your knowledge.
