To get this you will need the following:

• Completed your Driver Theory Test for the category of License you are applying for.
  • How to Book your Theory test
  • There's an excellent CD ROM available in all good bookshops to help you study for you theory test.
  • The Theory test is now using the 5th Edition, so make sure you buy the correct book.
  • You can purchase the Book or CD online also.
• Birth Certificate or Passport.
• Eyesight Report.
• Completed Learners Permit application form.
• 2 Passport photos (signed on the back).

Please note: You MUST complete your Theory Test before you get the Eye exam from your Doctor, otherwise your eyesight report will be ineligible for use.

The relevant documents should be brought to your local Motor Tax Office.
